1. I purchased a drum kit and cannot find the download link. Where is it?
Login to your account look up your order and retrieve your drum sample download links.
All drum kits and digital downloads links are sent to the e-mail address your order was placed under. Occasionally, some e-mail services and filters will re-direct our e-mails to your SPAM Folder/Filter. If your PayPal e-mail address is different than the order e-mail address, check your PayPal e-mail inbox.

2. Do you have bunde deals available for your products?
Yes. For bundle-deal pricing information please look for ‘bundle’ products in the ‘shop’-tab.
3. Do you also ship physical copies of your products?
No, as of now we only sell digital/intangible items on our website and no shipped items in physical form.
4. What if I do not like a purchased product?
We always try our best to satisfy customers and all of our products have been created with the best intention. But since music, sound and audio is a matter of taste, we cannot always guarantee that every single customer is satisfied with the outcome. Since digital/tangible products cannot be taken back, there is a strict no refund policy on our products and items sold. We hope you understand!
5. May I use the sounds on a friend’s computer, software or hardware?
Generally spoken, no! A sold product grants you the right to use the sounds in your production only, solely on your computer or hardware/software! Therefore it’s not allowed to transfer the sounds or items to a third party, unless this party has purchased the sounds/items itself. You may not upload, sell, or give away any of the products or their contents to anyone or let them be used by anyone other than yourself.
6. Can I sell my sounds, drumkits or products on your site?
Generally speaking, no. Currently we are not looking for additional products by other producers to be sold on our website.
